When I came in for an oil change I asked about coupons and was told their were none. I had an issue with the brake light coming on intermittently. I was not addressed. I left and ended up coming back 4 and was told their were none. I had an issue with the brake light coming on intermittently. I was not addressed. I left and ended up coming back 4 days later. I have always used Matt and he was off that Friday and I had a different service writer. I basically don't trust the other service advisors. I used to be able to count on John Walsh when I had problems with service but since he has left I have no one to talk to about my concerns. I have been a Basney Honda customer since the 80s, but have been disappointed as of late with the service. I usually go to Florida for the winter but decided not to this year. I have found a good dealership down in Tampa and have been putting off service until I get down there. Can't trust Basney dealership anymore unless Matt is there. More

Service guys were great. Sales guys weren’t wearing masks which was scary. I work in healthcare and that was vary unsettling especially knowing the local hospitals’ ICU’s were operating at 104%+ capacity jus which was scary. I work in healthcare and that was vary unsettling especially knowing the local hospitals’ ICU’s were operating at 104%+ capacity just 3 weeks prior. People are dying and your sales team doesn’t seem to care. I’m in the market for a new Ridgeline and idk if I can buy from Basney or not after this carelessness. Stay safe! More

The driver of the shuttle does not use the mask properly. He leaves his nose uncovered. I reported this to the dealership and got no response. This kind of behavior is dangerous for everybody!
