This was a service call to deal with a mysterious and intermittent noise. Yes, it turned out to be a fairly major matter and not cheap but very necessary. These people are theirs. I would t take my care to them if they were the only car dealer in the world. Today they gave me a quote to replace a small plastic piece on my wife’s Honda. They gave her a quote if they were the only car dealer in the world. Today they gave me a quote to replace a small plastic piece on my wife’s Honda. They gave her a quote but figured because she’s a woma they could rip her off. Well when I went to pick up the car and pay for it the cost went up almost $100 when I asked what was the big price increase for and he said shop cost and shop supplies and sales tax. I’ve had work done at many other dealerships and I have never had some give me a price then mark it up another $100. So take my advice don’t deal with these people ever they are the worst company ever. Liars and deceivers. Go to anyone but them. They will lye and mislead you. More

The customer service leaves a lot to be desired. I sat in the waiting area for two hours when I finally chased someone down to find out if there was a problem. Of course there was, but did they bother to let me know? NO!! This is very poor customer service. All a person wants, is to be kept informed. Was 2 hours before I had to find out by myself. More

Don’t feel valued as a customer. Work done isn’t guaranteed. I’ve had a lot of work done on my vehicle there, and I haven’t been happy with the quality.
