Service Manager Alan Royce and service advisor Austin were excellent to deal with. I had a complex engine issue. I was ripped off by the last place I used. My legal counsel recommended I turn to Basney Honda to have my engine issue properly resolved. They use Basney Honda them selves. I had to drive over an hour to get to this Dealership. My car was repaired properly here. Alan Royce was so helpful explaining the situation in a way I could understand when things got overwhelming for me. I appreciated his guidance. Austin is so calm and easy going it was a pleasure dealing with him. My car is solid now. It drives like a new car. I highly recommend this service department especially for widows, single ladies. Honestly and integrity is what you will find here. More
