I was so happy with everything, the vehicle, the deal, the dealership. I made the mistake of signing papers and having my new vehicle delivered to me. That’s when I discovered that two very important safe the dealership. I made the mistake of signing papers and having my new vehicle delivered to me. That’s when I discovered that two very important safety features were not on my vehicle; the Surround Vision and the Front Park Assist. The vehicle I was given a test drive in did have it, so I assumed my Premier Luxury did also. But NO. Cadillac decided to discontinue putting those in the vehicles in 2024. This has been a huge disappointment for many many Cadillac Premier Luxury XT4 including me. Now this is where my disappointment with my Salesman Aaron Deck and the Dealership comes in. If Aaron would have told me up front that it was no longer a standard item. Had he responded to my text message with more than “I thought you got what you wanted” and then no other responses to further texts. I emailed the Service Department to see if there was an after market possibility to putting these on. They did not respond either. So my opinion has totally changed. So far I’ve had the vehicle 2 1/2 weeks. I’ve not gotten one piece of paperwork and I have no idea how to set several things up… yes my Cadillac App and Sirius is connected, but I don’t know how to get other things set up. More
