Upselling unnecessary work, charging more than the estimate given without approval. Capo VW is literally less than 3 miles from my residence and business and I highly recommend staying away from this business. There are tons of better options. More

On March 31st I took my VW Beetle to Capistrano VW for the recall of the driver side airbag. They handled that problem just fine. But they sent me an email and a text stating that my battery was low, an the recall of the driver side airbag. They handled that problem just fine. But they sent me an email and a text stating that my battery was low, and that I need to change my brake fluid, coolant and one other fluid needed to be changed. I told them not to do as I would take my car to my VW/Audi specialist. So, I did and he checked everything out and it was all fine and he told me that this is an up sale trying to make more money. I do not appreciate this type of service and I won't be going back to Capo VW for anything. More
