Service department is great and honest … Sales group are the opposite. We had a very bad experience last year, with sales personnel and previous management, when we bought a car. They told us it has a main the opposite. We had a very bad experience last year, with sales personnel and previous management, when we bought a car. They told us it has a maintenance coverage which was not true. Since then we don’t recommend anybody from our network to buy car from this dealership. More

This was the worst service experience I have had in over 20 years. The service agent insisted on us doing over $1000 of unneeded work at check in and only dropped the items when we said we would be going so 20 years. The service agent insisted on us doing over $1000 of unneeded work at check in and only dropped the items when we said we would be going somewhere else. The marked the car as being picked up at the end of the day even though we said we were waiting so it took over 3 hours for what we were told would be 1.5 hours. Service advisor was not courteous at anytime of the visit. We will not be returning to this dealership for any future service appointments or car purchases. More
