Grotes needs to follow through on their customer service. Final detail and touch up was not completed prior to pickup per contract stated. They had two days to get the work done. Was told to come back anothe Final detail and touch up was not completed prior to pickup per contract stated. They had two days to get the work done. Was told to come back another day when service was in to have them detail it. We live a hour away, it would had cost us more for gas and wages to get it back there. Also, still waiting on registration paperwork to be sent to us. Was called twice prior to sale but after sale there’s been no personal contact from the dealership. More
