This is our 3rd Honda dealership we have purchased from this year. All were very accommodating, but this was our favorite. Take my advice and ask for Anthony! The service was excellent, they're dog friendly (Bonus points for that!), and the coffee was fantastic! Oh, and we got a great deal on a car I've wanted since I was a kid! I was really happy with my entire shopping experience at Wilde Honda! From the initial of impression to signing the final papers, I felt good about the whole process. I met several different salesman right up front and immediately, I could tell that the climate there was very helpful and upbeat, happy and friendly. It was obvious that your crew really enjoyed doing what they do and that’s a big deal to me to me! My salesman, Silas…was just the best! He is a very knowledgeable and helpful and I felt like he was really looking out for me! Because of that, I am now a walking commercial for him and Wilde… I’ve already sent several people over to Wilde, one of which just bought a car from Silas. She was a friend of mine, a single mom who she was telling me how she absolutely dreaded the thought of going to dealerships, but she knew she had it to replace her old car before the weather turned bad. I told her I knew a guy who would take good care of her and she listened, they talked and Silas helped her by the car of her dreams and now…she’s a walking Wilde commercial as well! I had been to 3 dealers and was able to get a deal made with Anthony. Happy to have a same day transaction but came with plenty of hiccups. Arrived at 8:45 and didn’t walk out until 2. And was told I’ll have to come back for the second remote that they need to program which will take 1.5-2 hrs. So another 4 hrs because I live an hour away. Car has been on their lot for 2 months. No excuse for not having both keys. Also missing a floor mat. Oh and missing the owners manual so they grabbed one from a nearby model. I bought a 2019 model and now found out they grabbed a 2022 manual. Not thrilled that I have to make a special trip because of their mistakes More
