I would give a zero to this place. I’ve purchased from different dealerships in the past and by far they are the worst. Poor customer service in service department. Sold me a warranty I’ve purchased from different dealerships in the past and by far they are the worst. Poor customer service in service department. Sold me a warranty but warranty doesn’t cover anything. When car is in shop they are supposed to give you a loaner car. Never have one to give. Damaged my car and did not take responsibility. Instead they were rude and pushed me out the shop. Call police will take legal action. Beware More

Good at excuses, terrible at customer service Can’t recommend this dealership to anyone, I had made an appointment to test drive and buy a specific car in advance. Drove an hour and a half to Virginia for the test drive only for them to tell me that the car I made an appointment for was sold, and they tried to sell me on old cars with over 100k miles that were no interest me. They did not mention in email or through a phone call or text, that the car was sold to avoid me driving 3 hours pointlessly. More

I called Anthony and told him what I wanted and he quoted me the best price out of over 12 dealers. They also gave me the best numbers on two vehicles I wanted to trade in the deal. They bent over backwards including holding the truck for over two weeks until I could get there (two hours away from me). Call Anthony Saunders for a no haggle great deal. More

Obviously like any car buyer especially on a vehicle of over 70k you’d like to shop around and which I did and hadn’t even contacted Ted Britt. The sales manager Angel Gammons contacted me multiple times only to tell me “ once I get my feelings hurt they will be waiting” appald but this from a manager representing a large dealership I asked he not contact me again, inquired via phone, and online help for the General manager contact information. Dana apparently did not have or know who her general manager was and referred me back to the sales team and or manager Angel Gammons!? I guess this is why I keep returning to Criswell. Where the sales team actually puts their customers first. Only reason I ventured away was because my preferred dealer didn’t have the color I wanted in the time frame I needed. They are more than willing to get for me especially after purchasing multiple vehicles from them (8) new cars in the past 2 years. I would have thought Ted Britt would have appreciated and liked to connect and build a relationship with a client who is willing to purchase a vehicle from them. My mistake. Good luck with you’re sales team they are some real charmers. I do want to make it a point to say not enough good can be said on behave of Hook Pagnotta. Thanks and sorry Angel potentially took one away from you. More

10 Strikes 10 strikes for this business, just on the new car paperwork they sent me! 1. Refused to show the sticker. 2. Tried to make me pay for their busi 10 strikes for this business, just on the new car paperwork they sent me! 1. Refused to show the sticker. 2. Tried to make me pay for their business license. 3. Inflated the base price from advertised price, unnecessarily raising my tax burden. 4. Tried to force an arbitration agreement on me. (RUN!) 5. Tried to put the risk of getting taxes wrong on me. 6. Tried to get me to sign a mostly-blank power-of-attorney form. 7. Hit me with the "WE OWE" scam and blank form. 8. Violated the Magnuson-Moss Warranty Act, by trying to prevent aftermarket parts. 9. Ted-Brittt-4-Life agreement does not specify what 'timely' is, and demands that if vehicle is not brought to Britt for all work, the agreement is void. This also violates Mag-Moss. 10. Illegal repo statements -- like they can repo anytime -- that flout actual Virgina repo laws. The dealer dropped me like a hot potato when I confronted them with their illegal or unethical behavior. Epilogue: Contacted Britt after their "We sorry, call us!" below. They failed to respond. More

Love this Dealership Great Customer Service!!!! Anthony paid time and attention to what I wanted in a vehicle. The entire office was extremely friendly and went out of the Great Customer Service!!!! Anthony paid time and attention to what I wanted in a vehicle. The entire office was extremely friendly and went out of their way to ensure that I was completely satisfied. I would shop there in the future based off of them caring and focuses on my needs. I have even emailed Anthony with questions regarding my vehicle and he responds to me with the answers I need. More

Went to Lindsey Chevy in Woodbridge Va .They never could tell me what interest rate or bank they wanted me to finance.Plus the price was higher. Looked online at Ted Britt Chevy. Called and ask Anthony -Are you sure theses prices are correct. I live in Alexandria and I do not want to travel to Sterling Virginia for nothing.Anthony assured me he would make the price of the car work. OMG He did it! Along with Angel ( Finance mgr) and Angie( Sales mgr) By the way I shopped the interest rate and they matched it. Not so happy at first with Ed in the finance dept. - he did only the paper work . He started out very rude - I almost walked out- but later he become friendly. Ask for Anthony or Angie ..what a great team of people at Ted Britt Chevy It was worth the trip. More

Kudos to Anthony Saunders I would like to thank Anthony on his help in the purchase of my new Chevy Traverse. I've been looking to buy a Traverse for over a year. Unfortunately I would like to thank Anthony on his help in the purchase of my new Chevy Traverse. I've been looking to buy a Traverse for over a year. Unfortunately I was not able to do so then, but last week I was ready. I stopped by to talk to Anthony about purchasing one. He was with a client. He asked me to give him a minute, but I was running late to work and could only wait for so long. I got his number and texted to the information on the car I wanted to buy. I also let him know how much money I was working with. He texted back and said," let me see what I can do". He texted later with some questions to see if I qualified for some extra rebates. I told him that I was depending on him to make it happen, and that I was not in any hurry. A couple of days later, Anthony pulled up to my job with the car I wanted. He not only had the car I wanted, but the price I needed!!!!! How, I don't know, but I was so happy!!! When I went by the dealership after I got off, Anthony was so professional. Everything was in order and waiting for my signature. Buying a car is a long process, but Anthony did all he could do before I got there to make sure I didn't have to spend hours there. Thank you so much Anthony for all you did to have a satisfied customer!!! I will always bring my business to you and I will always recommend you and Ted Britt Chevrolet to anyone interested in buying a new car. P.S. Thank Angie and give her a hug for me!!! More

Excellent Experience I was looking online for a new Chevy Tahoe and found the pricing at this dealership to be better than most in the local area. I went to the dealershi I was looking online for a new Chevy Tahoe and found the pricing at this dealership to be better than most in the local area. I went to the dealership a week before and Anthony Saunders who I had never spoken to before came out to greet me and I told him what I was looking for. We looked at the vehicles that met my criteria (which was extremely specific). We spoke some numbers and told him I would get back with him after I think about everything. Mr. Saunders unlike most dealers was not pushy at all. He kept me up to date if anything was changing. A week later I was out to lunch and gave Ms. Saunders a call on his cell phone and asked him if he was still working and if the same Tahoe was still on the lot. I told him what I wanted to pay, what financing I wanted, and how much I would put down. He said he would speak to his team and call me back. He called me back and said he can make that deal happen. At that point i told him to get the car detailed and I would be there in 2 hours to sign the paperwork. Anthony, James and Angie did not jerk me around at all on the paperwork. They were ready to go when I got there and we were able to be out the door fairly quickly rather than wasting an entire day at a dealership. Mr. Saunders professionalism, likeability, demeanor and his just overall customer satisfaction skills really are above all of his colleagues in the industry. My hat goes off to Anthony, James and Angie along with the rest of the Ted Britt staff for the excellent experience. One note: I didn't see James the finance guy that assisted me in the check list on this review but he was awesome as well and deserves 5 stars. More
