Good at excuses, terrible at customer service Can’t recommend this dealership to anyone, I had made an appointment to test drive and buy a specific car in advance. Drove an hour and a half to Virginia for the test drive only for them to tell me that the car I made an appointment for was sold, and they tried to sell me on old cars with over 100k miles that were no interest me. They did not mention in email or through a phone call or text, that the car was sold to avoid me driving 3 hours pointlessly. More

Bad Experience and Angel is so Unprofessional I went to buy a car for my daughter and after an hour I finally found something that would work for her. I then told the salesman that I had to be und I went to buy a car for my daughter and after an hour I finally found something that would work for her. I then told the salesman that I had to be under $200 per month and that I was going to out $500 down. Keep in mind that the car was only 11k. When i went to test drive the car, the battery was dead and I noticed that the car definitely had some front end damage (which was apparently not reported to Carfax), and some big pain issues. I attempted to work with the salesman and his manager. They came back to me with a deal that would require me to spend $215 per month and put $1000 down. I respectfully thanked them for their time and told them to have a nice night. A couple of days later a salesperson named Angel started texting me. He was extremely rude and condescending. I kept his text messages so that I can show them to the Ted Britt management team and to my lawyer. DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM HERE. ANGEL SHOULD ALSO BE FIRED. My family has bought 10 cars from Ted Britt Ford over the last 25 years and Ted Britt Chevy has ruined the relationship in one visit. More

Sales manager was way too pushy I went to this dealership twice looking for a truck, trying to do my best to get the best possible deal. The second time I walked out Angel began tex I went to this dealership twice looking for a truck, trying to do my best to get the best possible deal. The second time I walked out Angel began texting me. He proceeded to tell me that no dealership would get me my price I needed or the money for my trade and I needed to "stop wasting my time going dealership to dealership it has been 2 weeks." Due to the pressing nature of my text message exchange I took my business elsewhere and got the same vehicle for 5,000 better than their "best offer". No one should feel pushed into buying a vehicle and I felt as though this man attempted to bully me into signing a deal on a major financial decision that was not right for me. I will recommend that every single person take their business elsewhere if this is how their management team treats customers. One positive note. Anthony was a fantastic, cool, calm, collected salesmen and treated me with nothing but patience and respect. I hope he can work somewhere that his management team does not ruin sales for him. More

Obviously like any car buyer especially on a vehicle of over 70k you’d like to shop around and which I did and hadn’t even contacted Ted Britt. The sales manager Angel Gammons contacted me multiple times only to tell me “ once I get my feelings hurt they will be waiting” appald but this from a manager representing a large dealership I asked he not contact me again, inquired via phone, and online help for the General manager contact information. Dana apparently did not have or know who her general manager was and referred me back to the sales team and or manager Angel Gammons!? I guess this is why I keep returning to Criswell. Where the sales team actually puts their customers first. Only reason I ventured away was because my preferred dealer didn’t have the color I wanted in the time frame I needed. They are more than willing to get for me especially after purchasing multiple vehicles from them (8) new cars in the past 2 years. I would have thought Ted Britt would have appreciated and liked to connect and build a relationship with a client who is willing to purchase a vehicle from them. My mistake. Good luck with you’re sales team they are some real charmers. I do want to make it a point to say not enough good can be said on behave of Hook Pagnotta. Thanks and sorry Angel potentially took one away from you. More

Went to Lindsey Chevy in Woodbridge Va .They never could tell me what interest rate or bank they wanted me to finance.Plus the price was higher. Looked online at Ted Britt Chevy. Called and ask Anthony -Are you sure theses prices are correct. I live in Alexandria and I do not want to travel to Sterling Virginia for nothing.Anthony assured me he would make the price of the car work. OMG He did it! Along with Angel ( Finance mgr) and Angie( Sales mgr) By the way I shopped the interest rate and they matched it. Not so happy at first with Ed in the finance dept. - he did only the paper work . He started out very rude - I almost walked out- but later he become friendly. Ask for Anthony or Angie ..what a great team of people at Ted Britt Chevy It was worth the trip. More

TED BRITT FOR LIFE! I bought a 2017 Chevrolet Colorado from the sales associate, Brant. The process was easy and stressless. I knew a number I could afford, I had a trade I bought a 2017 Chevrolet Colorado from the sales associate, Brant. The process was easy and stressless. I knew a number I could afford, I had a trade in, and told them how they could make the sale. the appraisal of my vehicle only took 27 seconds (I literally timed them...), and they offered 2,200 above Blue Book's value for it. While they gave me the best deal they could, for the month of march, the manager, Angel, told me to wait until the following day (April 1) to see if any more rebates would appear. Im a full time student who's only 19 years old, so saving a buck or two here and there is extremely helpful. Well, after allowing me to take home the '17 colorado for the night to see if it fit in my garage, they offered me ANOTHER REBATE on April 1. I didn't even know about this and they worked to ensure I got the best deal. Furthermore, my trade in had after market parts on it and I needed them removed before Ted britt could re-sell it. They were more than accommodating. After I bought my '17 Colorado, the vehicle I traded in was allowed to be stored on their lot for a number of days before I was able to get it towed to a body shop to remove the after market lights. During this time, Ted Britt took my '17 colorado to a body shop to remove a few minor surface scratches I noticed during my test drive. That being said, I didn't have a vehicle to drive for the days it would take to get the scratches out, until, the Used Car Manager, David Poole, offered me a vehicle they currently had for sale as my loaner vehicle FOR FREE since I wasn't able to rent one (too young to rent in VA). David offered to have his inventory manager, Jimmy, drive me to and from the third party location to retrieve my older truck and offered any other services I need. The service department, in particular Manny, was wonderful, too. They worked quickly and effectively to address my concerns and correct the paint on the vehicle. It's flawless now.. BRANT, ANGIE, DAN, ANGEL, MANNY, DAVID, AND JIMMY- THANK YOU!!!!! YOU HAVE CREATED AN ABSOLUTELY SATISFIED CUSTOMER AND I WILL BE REFERRING ANYONE AND EVERYONE TO YOUR DEALERSHIP. YOU ALL BROKE YOUR BACKS TO ADEQUATELY ADDRESS MY REQUESTS AND IN DOING SO, YOU'VE CREATED A LIFE LONG CUSTOMER. A brief review of how well I was treated by employees I want to Thank Ted Britt employees, especially R. Hook Pagnotta and Nina Islam for their ability to explain the characteristics of the 2016 Chevrolet I want to Thank Ted Britt employees, especially R. Hook Pagnotta and Nina Islam for their ability to explain the characteristics of the 2016 Chevrolet Impala I purchased. Mr. Pagnotta explained in depth the many technical procedures required to operate the vehicle. His salesmanship was excellent. He thoroughly answered my questions and I felt comfortable during the entire process. I drove away completely satisfied with how I was treated. Nina was great in answering my maintenance questions, and did not hesitate to go out of her way to ensure I was satisfied. I will continue to use Ted Britt Chevrolet for all my future auto requirements. More
