I recently had to take my rig in for a major service and as usual - I got that red carpet treatment. I had a lot of work required on my FJ and so my vehicle spent the night at Toyota. Fred Daniels (long term employee and fellow FJ owner) and Brian Chase took care of my rig and did a stellar job. It honestly felt like a team effort as we worked through a few things and my FJ is on beast mode once again. Specials shout out to my dudes - Andy Tran and Michael "Mikey" Lau. All around - great crew! More

Shuttle Bus Usually the auto service is great. Had my appointment at 7AM. Shuttle service started at 730. Made it to work at 9AM then advisor called, my car is Usually the auto service is great. Had my appointment at 7AM. Shuttle service started at 730. Made it to work at 9AM then advisor called, my car is ready. I told the Shuttle Driver (Cam) if he can come back at 2PM. He said yes. So at 3PM, there no shuttle, no word from my advisor (Andy). I called the center, they said Cam will come at 4PM. Cam didn't come until 530PM. Cam blamed Andy, Andy blamed the driver. Cam had the list, if you are the driver, you just mark off the which customer was picked up. How hard is that? So who is in charge of what here. More

Quick Service I came in about 230pm, with about 5 cars ahead of me, and three more being worked on already. Andy was quick and efficient with service. He told me it I came in about 230pm, with about 5 cars ahead of me, and three more being worked on already. Andy was quick and efficient with service. He told me it was going to be a 2 hour wait time for what I wanted done with my car. I needed an oil change and tire rotation along with all the other works provided. It only took 1 hour to get my car feeling tip top shape. Couldn't have been better. Thanks for the great work! More

Quick and painless maintenance visit Upon arriving, I was taken care of promptly. The steward recorded some of my cars information and directed me to the maintenance office. Would rate him 10/10, and would recommend him both a raise and a promotion for superior customer service skills and professionalism that reflected well on the services I would expect from Toyota. Anyway after talking to him for a short bit, he directed me to the waiting room. I also love your guy's waiting room. The free hot chocolate and donuts made my wait that early Thursday morning very bearable. The hot chocolate tasted great by the way. Thankfully my service only took an hour and I was out quickly after that. Overall very satisfied with my visit this time around, particularly because Andy is awesome and so is your waiting room and free services. More
