Excellent customer service I have always been very pleased with the customer service at Elk Grove Toyota. I've been taking my 2003 Tacoma in for service there for the last 15 ye I have always been very pleased with the customer service at Elk Grove Toyota. I've been taking my 2003 Tacoma in for service there for the last 15 years! I came in the other day for an oil change without an appointment and they were able to accommodate me. Andy Tran was very friendly and helpful which makes the whole experience that much easier to go through. More
