Lou Fusz Creve Coeur Kia is wonderful! Just bought my 4th vehicle from them, and can’t imagine going elsewhere else! The work requested for the 60,000 mile service was reviewed and discovered that I arrived earlier and did not have to wait. (cordial and convenient). The work requested for the 60,000 mile service was reviewed and discovered that some of the work had already been done. (honest) The work was completed in a timely manner, I was informed of the cost up front and I knew that I would be informed if they found additional work they recommended to be completed before they would proceed. I received a ride to my work and arrived before 8 am while the work was completed on my vehicle. They picked me up from work after the work was completed and convenient to my work schedule. A very pleasant, convenient, professional service by the staff and my car was cleaned before I picked it up which was a bonus....going the extra mile. Very pleased with the customer service of the Lous Fusz Kia of Creve Coeur and very satisfied with the reliable performance of the 1914 Kia Sportage. More
