I was out of town and my wife took the car in for maintenance. She texted me "Extremely quick, very pleasant surprise." The staff was friendly and took her SUV in for the appointment immediately upon arrival and it was done in good time. Thank you Lou Fusz for making your service experience as great as the buying experience was for us. So far the performance of the vehicle and this dealership may have just won us as a customer for life. PS The experience was comfortable enough that she purchased floormats while there rather than ordering them online. Customer Service for the win. More

They get to work immediately on my Kia Sportage.
