Kevin was very helpful with moving the vehicle purchase along so that we could do the deal all in a one day visit. He was accommodating in every way we asked. I appreciated the relaxed no pressure atmosphere, I never felt pressured, I never felt as though someone was trying to put something over on me. Ordered Acadia from factory custom to my options. It came in really quick (about a month). Salesman Matt was great at giving me updates during the ordering process and explained how the numerous o It came in really quick (about a month). Salesman Matt was great at giving me updates during the ordering process and explained how the numerous options worked (which is a lot). When we were done and was ready to leave, I noticed it did not have all the dealer installed options installed. It was missing the floor liner package for the cargo area which I had paid for. Salesman found them immediately and I volunteered to install them myself so I could get going. Not a big deal but whoever prepped the car missed this and I paid for dealer installation. I also asked about the owners manual and was told it should be in the glove box. I checked and saw 2 little books in the glove box and asked it these were the owners manual and was told yes so thought I was ok. When I got home I got the books out and found there was no owners manual. I am they guy who actually reads and follows the owners manual. I sent an email to salesman who quickly sent me an electronic pdf copy and promised to order the owners manual hard copy. Also, there was no document on warranty information given to me. Then I got out the splash guards I ordered with the car (to install myself) and found they were for the wrong model The fronts where correct for a Denali but the rears where not correct so parts clearly had the right information just messed up the rears. I called the parts department (on a Saturday) and they quickly found their mistake and promised to have them shipped to my home. Also, the dash camera (dealer order and install) I requested when I ordered my car was not installed and found to be on back order. I found it had not been ordered until car was in transit...so I have no idea when it will arrive. It should have been ordered at the same time the car was ordered. So, car is great but was not properly prepared...They should have a check list to confirm all items are included including dealer installed options and all owners' documents. These oversights cause me concern if the other items dealers get paid to "prepare/inspect" where completed...(like oil levels for example) More
