As a former customer of Niello Infiniti I do enjoy the same experience at Niello Audi so I don't plan to return. I felt pressured to accept the "deal" I was provided which is hide sight was not the best same experience at Niello Audi so I don't plan to return. I was told if I left and returned I would not be offered the same or similar offer because it was "disrespectful" according to Steve Tracy. I asked for my keys a couple of times to leave but they were not provided. This was the worst experience I've had which was largely due to Steve's interaction and comments. More
