Let’s start by saying Johnathan Melo was an awesome sales rep for the dealership! Really took care of the customer. He made the first step in buying a car easy and simple. He worked with the customer in maki rep for the dealership! Really took care of the customer. He made the first step in buying a car easy and simple. He worked with the customer in making the sale right! He should be awarded for how excellent his customer service was. The second step of the process was finance. It started off little rough with the finance person but started to get better. Once everything was signed at the dealership it was mentioned that my bank had to have the check ready and delivered that day and could not be overnighted because they needed to close there deal for there numbers. That was directly from the finance manager. So what should have only taken a 2 hour sign and go to end the deal ended up taking almost 5 hours. Once I returned to the dealership with the check which by the way there even a longer story for that but the GM already knows. Finance should done a lot better knowing how much experience he has. I discussed with general manager the whole process from start to finish and explained how frustrating and how unsatisfying it was to finish the deal. At the end of the discussion the GM made everything right with my wife and I and ended on a good note. If there was rating system for the each person I worked with the GM and sales rep would get 5 stars and finance would get 0. More

Just another crooked car dealership where you feel like you were taken advantage of. Bought a Buick Encore from Alfredo Perez who never showed up after to make true of the many promises he made. He agreed to check and fix the cars issues, but at some point he just disappeared. Didn’t pick up the phone much less returned any of my phone calls. He left me with the problem and having to spend more money fixing things that he agreed to take care of. This guys is the cliche of car salesmen! I am embarrassed to say he’s Latino, as myself. This is the kind of people that makes us all look bad. If you are reading this do yourself a favor and go to another dealership.
