This may be due to my being an old man and not needing to read anything, thinking I know it all. Regardless, I was treated very well by all concerned. I don't recall the techs name, but he did a fine job looking over the S90L and taming my concerns. Amy was her gracious self in explaining to me that I should read my manual. I have since spent some time looking through and checking items I should know already. Thanks to a great crew and the exceptional service one would expect from a great name in automobiles.
