I used to love Otto until they half fixed my car. A seal broke and they had to take out my transmission to fix it and they should have taken on the pump too once they did the labor for the transmissi A seal broke and they had to take out my transmission to fix it and they should have taken on the pump too once they did the labor for the transmission. So I ended up paying 2,500 for my car to only last a month. When the Cadillac dealership fixes your car, it should last longer. More

Service department is friendly, cooperative and very good listeners. The problem is that GM parts take an ungodly amount of time to get to the shop. This is VERY UNACCEPTABLE and NOT the fault of the servic listeners. The problem is that GM parts take an ungodly amount of time to get to the shop. This is VERY UNACCEPTABLE and NOT the fault of the service department employees. We are very disappointed with this situation. More
