Amber is professional, friendly, and very easy to work with. She explained the cars needs well. Her obtaining a loaner car made the servicing less “painful”. It was disappointing though that the same exact work done earlier this year in Florida at a private shop was significantly more expensive. This makes me dealer shy. Amber helps even out the advantage of coming to Otto. More

The issue with the shifting of the transmission seems to be intermittent and infrequent. I’m wondering if there is a service bulletin about the issue. I would appreciate hearing back from the service dep be intermittent and infrequent. I’m wondering if there is a service bulletin about the issue. I would appreciate hearing back from the service department to see if they have interfaced with Cadillac to see if there have been any other problems nationwide, and if there has been any vehicles with a similar problem.
