I found the staff members easy to talk with; and not know-it all's. They are willing to listen to your concerns; and then politely offer their feedback on what the problem "might" be. Ending up with, we'll check it out to be sure what it is. This is really being diplomatic, and polite to your customers. My only drawback was we had two issues to take care; and one of them included pistons to hold the hood up; and your parts department did not have the parts on hand; so, we had to make another trip back; and wait in line again to have our car repaired. More
