I visited three different dealerships today. One ignored me the 15 minutes I was looking at cars, the other had a very limited inventory and mediocre service, but Mercedes of Littleton was eleva One ignored me the 15 minutes I was looking at cars, the other had a very limited inventory and mediocre service, but Mercedes of Littleton was elevated from the moment Louis Quezada came to the lot to help me. I ended up purchasing a Mercedes because I loved the car, and also because their customer service was elite. Everyone was invested, attentive, welcoming, and kind. I've never had such a positive experience purchasing a car!! More
