These people are very unresponsive despite me texting, calling, and submitting inquiries via the Greenway Kia East website attempting to get some resolution. They ran my credit under false pretenses- promising specific lease terms - and then after, telling me that the salesperson was confused, and the price would be higher than quoted. I was misled into giving them access to my credit file and to date, they have not tried to remedy their mistakes. More
