This was my second visit to Hagerstown MB and just as during the first, I found all of the staff to be knowledgeable and friendly. The explanation of the service needed was very clear and the price reas during the first, I found all of the staff to be knowledgeable and friendly. The explanation of the service needed was very clear and the price reasonable. More importantly, they completed the work in a very timely way and the results have been excellent - extremely important when you live 40 miles away. I continue to be impressed with this smaller, friendlier Mercedes dealership. I would definitely expect to buy a future vehicle from them and have recommended them to others. This kind of dealership organization is relatively rare today. More

It was a fast, on time and extremely friendly experience. Great experience across the board. Knowledgable and extemely friendly staff. We didn't buy our vehicle there, but it didn't matter. They treated us as if we've bought all of our vehicles there. Bought my new car 7 years ago at Hagerstown MB and have been getting it serviced there, and only there, ever since. The team there has always been prompt, courteous, and accommodating, plus they always do been getting it serviced there, and only there, ever since. The reason(s) I keep coming back to this dealership is my service rep, Alex Folz, and the service manager, Marty Gillions. They seem to understand that, as a single woman, I have to be able to depend on the service rep, Alex Folz, and the service manager, Marty Gillions. They seem to understand that, as a single woman, I have to be able to depend on the vehicle I drive, without being able to understand the "workings" of the vehicle! I have to be able to trust that the information they give me is correct, and I have to be able to trust THEM. Thus far, I do. More

As always my experience for service was excellent. I would like to comment that I was recently in Salt Lake City, Utah and needed service there at the Garff Dealership. I was pleasantly surprised to find that before giving me back my car, not only did they wash it but they vacuumed the inside as well....... What a treat that was! I would like to recommend that my favorite Mercedes Dealership in Hagerstown adopt that practice...... :) More

This dealership is by far the best service dept for Mercedes in the DC metro area. I have to say that the above comment surprised me as well. There are only 3 major Mercedes dealers in the DC area Mercedes in the DC metro area. I have to say that the above comment surprised me as well. There are only 3 major Mercedes dealers in the DC area (what's with that?), and after trying the other two and being very disappointed with both pricing and service quality at the two in the Arlington and Tyson's area, I decided to try the third in Hagerstown. The difference is phenomenal -- the same service on the same car was approximately half the price, and was done on time, on budget with no surprises and no hassles. The service staff are competent, friendly and trustworthy to treat your car as if it were their own in terms of not doing unecessary things or telling you honestly when it'd be cheaper or better to go somewhere else. They recently were able to solve a surface paint problem that I'd been quoted $2500 at another dealer -- for nothing. Yes - zero. They were creative about trying some novel ideas, and they worked it out. You can't but respect that. That's the kind of initiative that deserves reward. Yes, it's a 45 mile drive from DC, but it's totally worth it More
