I had an issue with the transmission box. The service department was able to diagnose and fix the issue timely and for an amount that I found reasonable. They also reviewed a number of basic items to make sure everything was up to speed as well as an interior cleaning. I work of this service department is why I continue to buy my vehicle at Dover Honda and likely will as long as I live in the area. More

Pretty underwhelming experience from a factory service center. The human who checked me in was coughing/sniffling/sounded sickly and really should have taken some time off to get back to health (do employ center. The human who checked me in was coughing/sniffling/sounded sickly and really should have taken some time off to get back to health (do employees not get adequate sick time?). As for the work done on my car, I received a text which alerted me to 'urgent repairs' needed on my car. These 'urgent repairs' included fluid changed and regular interval service (like a valve adjustment) yet not one employee called out the visibly dry rotted tires on my vehicle. I expect that a factory service center could identify a potentially hazardous situation and make recommendations for addressing them. This was not the case during my visit to Dover Honda, and as such I will not be turning to this location for any purchases I need to make in the future. Further, the lack of proper care leaves me unwilling to return to Dover Honda for service. More
