Service Manager Alan Royce and service advisor Austin were excellent to deal with. I had a complex engine issue. I was ripped off by the last place I used. My car was repaired properly here. Alan Royce was so helpful explaining the situation in a way I could understand when things got overwhelming for me. I appreciated his guidance. Austin is so calm and easy going it was a pleasure dealing with him. My car is solid now. It drives like a new car. I highly recommend this service department especially for widows, single ladies.
