The work done on my vehicle was great, the customer service was lacking. After 3 monthts at the shop & spending $3000 on repairs; the service representative delivered a filthy car back to me. When I complained, he stated that the car wash bay was down. I found this totally unacceptable & told him so. He finally got it washed somewhere. More

Replaced passenger door seal. Great. Serviced the egr valve (again) and vehicle performance is back to new. It did take 3 hours but the waiting areas were stocked with coffee, s Great. Serviced the egr valve (again) and vehicle performance is back to new. It did take 3 hours but the waiting areas were stocked with coffee, snacks, wi-fi & news stations which helped pass the time. However, MB doesn’t seem to have a solution for the diesel engine emissions repeat egr problem (does any manufacturer?). Probably not buy another diesel ever. EPA/Gov’t wins-can’t keep it on the road without frequent maintenance. More

Special shoutout to Michelle Goodman who followed up with us to see if we needed any maintenance on our spare Mercedes C300. Working with this dealership's service department in Midlothian experience has bee us to see if we needed any maintenance on our spare Mercedes C300. Working with this dealership's service department in Midlothian experience has been the best. I was a previous Broad St customer but my service advisor retired and the other guys were not as customer oriented. Since moving my business to Midlothian location, Alan Mansfield, hands down has been the best advisor I've worked with since owning a Mercedes for over 12 years. Alan is prompt and exhibits excellent customer service and his team always resolves any issues with quality and promptness. Thx Alan Mansfield & Michelle Goodman!! More
