I had a very serious and concerning experience with Toyota of Hollywood. A hard credit inquiry was run on my credit report without my authorization while I was only requesting a vehicle price and finan Toyota of Hollywood. A hard credit inquiry was run on my credit report without my authorization while I was only requesting a vehicle price and financing quote. I never signed or consented to a credit check. After discovering the unauthorized inquiry, I requested documentation proving my consent, and none was provided. This matter has been formally reported to Toyota Corporate, 700Credit, the CFPB, FTC, BBB, and the State Attorney General. Consumers should be extremely cautious and ensure their credit is not accessed without proper authorization. More
