I'm not happy with your service. I had a very disappointing experience with this dealership and felt misled and manipulated throughout the process. Just three days after purchasing my Toyota, I encountered an issue with the vehic dealership and felt misled and manipulated throughout the process. Just three days after purchasing my Toyota, I encountered an issue with the vehicle. When I reached out for help, the manager, Arian Ramirez, was unresponsive and unhelpful. His replies were delayed—one came at 2:00 AM and another the following day after 2:00 PM—and showed little to no empathy or willingness to resolve my concern. I was asked to return to the dealership with promises that ultimately were not honored. On top of that, I later realized that the truck bed was larger than what I had originally discussed and expected with the salesperson, something that was never clearly explained to me. It is very disappointing that a dealership with such a strong reputation handled my situation this way. I did not feel supported as a customer, and no real solution was offered. Overall, I am not satisfied with either the service or the deal I received. More
