I recently purchased a M550i that was amazing on the test drive, but a week later the brakes started not feeling right and making an incredible amount of noise not normal even on high-performance BMWs. They stopped all communication and went radio silent on me, meanwhile sending me their maintenance program emails to sign up for that I do not need living out of state. I texted, I called, I emailed, and no help or support. How do you treat a recent customer that way? I was out $1650 for new front rotors and pads and refused to even respond to me, all despite being super communicative during the Sales price. Just shady. Buyer beware! More

I dropped my car off for service because the was have issue with starting. Not knowing I had to replace the air mass sensor, catalytic converter, and engine.
