EXCELLENT DEAL! !! We started looking for a 26 Mustang EcoBoost and found the one with the options and color we wanted at Ford of Columbia, TN. We had spoken to a cou !! We started looking for a 26 Mustang EcoBoost and found the one with the options and color we wanted at Ford of Columbia, TN. We had spoken to a couple of dealers in our area, but no one could come close to the out the door number we got at Ford of Columbia, TN. We worked with AJ Torres our sales rep who went above and beyond to get the deal closed and also want to give HUGE THANKS to Justin George the Sales Mgr who worked the numbers. We live in North Florida, and they are right outside Nashville, TN so I booked a flight and flew in to take delivery last Sat and they arranged a driver to pick me up at the airport to shuttle me to the dealership. AJ had everything ready to get me in and out since I had an 8-hour drive back home. I also want to recognize Steve Dohoney in finance who got us a great interest rate and was very personable and got me in and out so I could start my journey home. We LOVE our Papa Smurf and yes we name our vehicles and look forward to enjoying our Stang for years to come. When I showed up at Columbia Ford, I was expecting the deal to be too good to be true. I had done extensive research and knew that the price they were offering was the best deal in the country. Johnny stayed in contact with us during the process while we were planning to make the drive up to Columbia from Huntsville. When I test-drove my 2023 Ford F-150 Limited, it did not disappoint. I immediately came back, finished up with Johnny, then went into the dreaded Finance office. That is where I met Steve. I have been buying cars for over 30 years. I have NEVER spent so much time in a Finance office, and it turned out to be a good experience. He didn't just push product, but treated us like humans instead of a sale. Usually, you walk out of Finance thinking somebody smeared a buggar on your back and you need a shower. Steve in Finance has totally reset my expectations on how the finance portion of car-buying should operate. Not only did he explain the warranties (all finance folks do that), but when he gave me the price, I was absolutely delighted and ended up getting double the amount of warranty time. To top it all off, Chris, the Managing Partner, came by twice during the process to chat and even offered to go out for coffee sometimes when I come back up. Thank you, Ford of Columbia. Going to buy a car is like going to get a root canal, and you make it like going out to a steak dinner. I appreciate you all! More
