Adam is great, Joe is FANTASTIC. I was caught off guard by this new 'service fee'. I have been bringing multiple Acuras to this location, from back in the Rick and Bernie days. Th I was caught off guard by this new 'service fee'. I have been bringing multiple Acuras to this location, from back in the Rick and Bernie days. The nickel and dime nonsense is maybe the last straw. It was bad enough to pay $185 diagnostic fee - to plug into a computer. When I said I had to wait - a $1,700 quote to fix a multi-point camera is not something I am prepared to do on the spot. But then, to learn there will be a 'shop fee' on every service. The $185 is a fee, and then a fee on top. I'm sorry, but Continental Imports is going to get another one of my vehicles. More
