We bought our first SUV from Key Acura, and I have never experienced such a smooth and easy process. Erik showed us the vehicle we requested to see, and never pressured us to buy a different vehicle. Everyone was very accommodating, and the best part was the financing portion. They provided competitive financing and never pushed us to buy any additional-ons. They showed us quickly on one sheet some, but I just said no thank you and we wrapped it up. All my future vehicles will come from Key Acura! More

I had an issue with the paint on my bumper and was told by Adam the paint is not covered under the warranty. However, I looked up the warranty and it said that defects and workmanship and materials were co by Adam the paint is not covered under the warranty. However, I looked up the warranty and it said that defects and workmanship and materials were covered. I feel like it was improper for an employee to be giving wrong information. More
