I had an excellent experience with the sales department at Randy Marion Subaru. I went to six dealerships before buying my car. As a young woman, I had all sorts of interactions at the other dealerships. at Randy Marion Subaru. I went to six dealerships before buying my car. As a young woman, I had all sorts of interactions at the other dealerships. Most dealers didn't take me seriously, were condescending and pushy, and only spoke to my brother-in-law when he accompanied me instead of asking me for information. I cannot thank Randy Marion enough for their customer service, especially Carmen Chianese. He was professional, knowledgeable, and extremely patient (I asked him to test drive the car several times). The negotiation was a breeze, and I didn't feel pressured by the team at any moment. I would 100% recommend this dealership. More
