I bought my truck at Gordie Boucher Ford in West Bend. I purchased a service ageeement and was told i can use it any of the dealerships. The Lincoln dealership in West Allis is closer to me so I went ther I purchased a service ageeement and was told i can use it any of the dealerships. The Lincoln dealership in West Allis is closer to me so I went there. The had all my information regarding my vehicle and service agreement. My vehicle was done, cleaned and returned to me in less than an hour. I was sent a video from the service tech who worked on my truck explaining what he did and status of my vehicle The waiting room is very clean, comfortable with my amenities available. The Gordie Boucher automotive group takes customer service to a whole new level which why I give them a 5 star rating! More

This was my first experience coming in to have my new car serviced. I arrived on time, was greeted promptly and courteously, the waiting area was well stocked, clean and comfortable. Assessed car problems in a matter of two hours; received call they couldn’t find problems. Unsure if it was actually checked because still having same exact issues with sunroof where it vibrates when closin call they couldn’t find problems.
