This was one of the easiest and most enjoyable experiences I've ever had purchasing a vehicle. Coming from a family who used to work in the car business, I was expecting the normal car salesmen type of vibe. But instead I got something super nice. I did my financing thru their website and received a phone call back super quickly from Roque. He was super friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely interested in helping me, not just in making a sale, which I appreciated so much!! He took the time to explain everything in a way that was very easy to understand, answered all of my questions, and never made me feel rushed or pressured. The finance manager (Ethan), was just as great! He walked me through all the paperwork, explained my options super clearly, and made the whole process simple and hassle free. What I appreciated most was the honesty and transparency. There were no games and no surprises. They worked with me to get exactly what I wanted and kept everything within the price range I was comfortable with. They didn’t try to upsell or give me a bunch of crap that I didn’t need. I’m telling you, this is by far the best dealership I have ever worked with! The entire team went above and beyond, and I left feeling excited about my purchase. It's rare to find customer service like this these days. They've definitely earned a customer for life, and I've been recommending them to family and friends.
