Worked with Tam Nguyen. Super kind and helpful. We called and texted for a day. Worked with his manager to get to an agreement. When we came in to sign the paperwork he was super helpful explaining all the different prices and features of the car. Tam deserves the full 5 stars. One of their sales managers tried to pull a quick one on me and I was about to leave but Tam helped them get back to the price I wanted to be at. Ended up working with Sheer in finance afterwards to close everything out and he was easy to talk to. We stayed an hour past closing and he never complained about it once. Consider working with Envision for any car purchases.

I have been a customer of Larry Hopkins Honda as far back as 2002, having bought my first car there, and I have been a regular visitor to its Service Department for roughly the past 14 years by bringing in my late father's car (also originally bought there) for routine service/maintenance. While I have seen people come and go over the years, this dealership's commitment to customer service has been a constant that I could trust. So when I finally found a good time to shop for a new car a few weeks ago (quite fittingly on Black Friday), this was naturally the first place for me to go. It turned out that I didn't need to go anywhere else. Both Mohammad and Felix were extremely professional and knowledgeable yet also down-to-earth and relatable, and they took the time to process what I was looking for most in a new vehicle (within the budget I had in mind) and to answer any questions that popped up along the way. They more than welcomed me to test drive both the 2026 Civic Sport Touring Hybrid Hatchback and the 2025 Accord Touring Hybrid (as I was able to narrow down my search to just those two models), and they were more than ready to elaborate on the unique features of each car. While both cars were fun to drive, I ultimately found myself in agreement with their recommendation and chose to buy the Civic on December 6th, and I was especially glad that my preferred color was already available. The payment process that immediately followed, along with the associated paperwork, went quite smoothly. Juan was very thorough in explaining all of the forms that needed to be signed and initialed, and he has been extremely helpful in guiding me through the process of trading in my late father's car while compiling the info needed for taking care of matters at the DMV. Furthermore, Juan was very transparent in breaking down the cash price of the new car (including the accessories I have requested for installation in the immediate future), the trade-in value of the old car, and the (discounted) plans that I have added to protect the new car long term. All in all, I was very satisfied with the deal. I can't thank Mohammad, Felix and Juan enough for all of the assistance they have provided. It's also clear how much they, as well the rest of the team at Larry Hopkins, take pride in the Honda brand, as I can certainly rely on their insight about the Civic's countless features and their advice on taking the utmost care of it for many years to come. My wife and I recently brought her SUV in for service, and our experience with Fred (Farhad) was extremely concerning from the moment we arrived. During the drop-off, the way he looked at my wife and the way he interacted with her made her visibly uncomfortable. What should have been a routine service appointment immediately felt inappropriate. Later, he called my wife and attempted to pressure her into purchasing new tires by using scare tactics, claiming the tire was “going to blow up” if she didn’t replace them immediately. This type of fear-based upselling is unacceptable and highly unprofessional. When we returned to pick up the SUV, his behavior escalated even further. He continued to direct inappropriate looks toward my wife and began asking personal questions that had absolutely nothing to do with the service. His demeanor and comments made her extremely uncomfortable, and it was clear this was not a one-time issue. What made his conduct even worse was the complete lack of respect he showed toward us as a married couple — openly behaving inappropriately toward my wife right in front of me. This type of conduct is completely unprofessional, disrespectful, and unacceptable in a customer-facing role. I am genuinely concerned he may be behaving this way toward other women as well. I strongly believe management needs to address this situation seriously and take appropriate action. My wife and I have purchased Honda vehicles for years and have consistently serviced our cars at this location. Unfortunately, after this experience, we no longer be coming back to this location

Best experience ever! I have been leasing cars for over ten years, and Manoj "Ron" Guragain from Hayward Honda was spot on. The car that I had agreed upon, a CR-V EX AWD, after many communications, was waiting for me at the front when I arrived. The price quoted was the price given. Unfortunately, I had a negative experience at a different Honda dealership the night before. I'm so glad I met Ron. He made the process seamless and was true to his word. That's all a customer asks for: transparency and to be treated with respect... and Ron delivered.

I took my Accord to Primo for a routine maintenance and oil change. Immediately after the service, my gas mileage went down about 20%. I brought this to the attention of the Primo service manager. He completely blew me off. After about 3500 miles, I performed my own oil change, oil filter change, and air filter change. I was aghast when I saw the filth of the air filter which was obviously never touched. After performing my own service on the car, my gas mileage returned back up 20% to its normal. When I tried to bring this matter up with the Primo General Manager, I was told that there currently is no General Manager. If you go to Primo Honda you are playing with fire.
