Arrived early without previous request for ride. Martin checked my car in and arranged for Uber ride. Car was ready when promised; seemed to drive better, but could be imagination. Martin explained reason for $2000 service cost at 60,000 miles. I told him I bought the Lexus so I wouldn't have to pay $2000 for service visits. That's a few hundred less than the price of my first new car!

There was not a question he could not answer. Took as much time as I needed and I never felt like I was rusher or pressured. Do yourself a gigantic favor and go and see him first, there will not be a need to go anywhere else.
