I wanted to upgrade to a new CX-70 and I went in with the expectation that we would not be able to make a deal. They went out of their way to make it happen. I got to say thank you to Steven for crunching the numbers, to Sean for the willingness to find the right fit, to Ernesto in finance, and most of all to Alvin Pizano for his great deal of patience, knowledge of the brand and for going the extra mile for everything to fall into place. Tustin Mazda is the place to go to buy a car! Everyone is super friendly and willing to help you. I had a special situation with regards to credit due to my recent move in the USA, and they were the only ones who really helped me to find a solution. Shout-out to Chance Asue, he is the most passionate and knowledgeable salesperson I have ever met, he works hard to find solutions and help the client, he has become more than the guy who sold me my car, but a go-to for any car questions that I encounter, and also for great food recommendations.

Easy and pleasant experience! Eric Magana was so kind and helpful as we were deciding on and purchasing a new used car for our son. He never made us feel rushed or silly for our many safety and maintenance questions! He stayed late to make sure my husband could come test drive the car after work and followed up promptly on all of our questions. Eric is a really great guy! As a woman purchasing a car, sometimes sales people can be condescending or aloof, but not this guy. Great experience, thank you so much!

My son bought a 2024 Mazda 3 hatchback today. I went with him for moral support. Juan was our salesman, Semaj was the manager. They tag teamed together to keep us busy. Both were very nice, but played the game like most car salesmen. Jose was the finance manager who Semaj kept going back to so we could get "a better deal" While we were happy with the end result, knowing we had to keep on our toes or get screwed is stressful. How did we know they (Mazda dealership) was pulling a fast one? They tried to throw in a "covid fee" xxx!? Apparently since covid new cars are hard to get, so they try to charge a "covid fee"! There was a brand new Mazda 3 sitting right there! We weren't stupid enough to get vaccinated or wear a mask, we sure aren't going to pay a fee! It was waived. I looked all through the paperwork to make sure it wasn't hidden somewhere else. In the end, my son got the deal he wanted and walked away happy. we recommend this dealership and Juan, Semaj and Jose, just do your research and watch out for unnecessary fees.

I had a recall on my Mazda and was notified to bring it in. I made an appointment and brought my car in. The gentleman who assisted, Ulysses Gaytan, was kind and helpful. I left my car there overnight, they did the repairs. When I came back, they let me have my car without trying to upsell me on anything and like that, I was off. It was a great experience.
