I have never had such a horrible experience. I drive off the lot with paperwork signed and they called me a week later saying I had to return the vehicle. Now I am scrambling talking to other dealerships about the situation and they all say that this dealership is not doing things right. Being a veteran is already hard enough, being high risk when it comes to credit is already hard enough and for them to give me ‘wishful thinking’ that this car was going to be mine was what ended up happening. Now my daughter and I are basically left with no car and I have to get to and from school. I want my cash downpayment back when I go to return the vehicle. 0 stars. Not even one.

This review is late but not intentionally. I purchased my 2023 Camry XSE on Monday April 3, 2023. James was my salesman who was very nice and helpful, plus, he helped me get my car home since I live so far away. It is unfortunate that I cannot remember the names of the other people I worked with, but I don't think they liked me much since I did not purchase any extras, sorry. Love my car, such a smooth ride plus I feel I have a reliable car for many years to come. Yes, I will recommend Toyota of Redlands.
