I took my truck in to get it serviced. An they replaced the racketeering drive. I can back two days later after they called a said it was ready . I got in an could hardly steer! I took it back in told them why didn’t the mechanic. Take it for a test drive! Before he released it. I just got it back 2days later an it still a little stiff! I’m not happy with this kind of service. Lost trust in them. I won’t have them work on repairs just the regular maintenance. Which I think they could do! I’m sorry for writing this . But like I said very disappointed. More

I found the car I was looking for, talked to Blanca, she said it was available, said she was going to take some pictures and get back to me in 20 or 30 minutes because that had a picture of a white one but it is actually gray, I should of known what I was getting into right then. Never heard back from her, called back and asked for someone else, was hooked up with so called online manager named Steven, things started off good and went downhill quick. Talked terms, said he was going to talk to sales manager, didn't here back, contacted him and he had gone home, leaving me hanging and said he couldn't get hold of sales manager, (what the xxxx) where is he? Next day he calls, we talk and then he tells me they need to run a credit report and fill out a finance agreement even though I am going to pay cash???? Says they need to do that to hold car, I am like, how about I send you 5K to hold it, he says, that is the way it is, I say later. I have bought 2 cars with personal checks in Utah, no wonder everyone is leaving that state. So, I cool off, call him back, said I will go thru the hoops but you need to get me a discount for my time, he says he will talk to manager and get back to me, I wait most of the day, no call. I call him, he texts me back, can I call you back later, I say yes, need to know if this is going to happen or not, never heard back from him. I have bought a lot of cars in my 67 years of life, I have never seen or experienced worst customer service in my life. Instead of them appreciating me as a customer, I felt like they think I should bow to them because they have the car I wanted. Do yourself a favor, there are plenty of car dealerships, find one that wants to do business with you. I have seen quite a few 5 stars on here, I don't know how, unless I just got the misfortune of getting the two worst sales people they have. It's okay Blanca and Steven, my money is the same as everyone else's and there are plenty of places to spend my money. I hope up level management sees this because the two people mentioned above especially Steven are doing damage to your reputation. More
