When I bought my new 2023 Kia Niro a couple years back, I was definitely happy how I was treated. Not just by the salesperson, but everyone involved like the loan guy and also the guy from the service department that came over after I had purchased to go over every feature in detail no matter how long it took. I had to write a little review to counter balance some negative reviews on here. I’m definitely going to buy my next vehicle here

Bought a car yesterday and today I'm already getting a rental because the car needs service due to the $2500 monitors that are mounted in the seats don't work. Most expensive car on their lot and it doesn't work. UPDATE: Picked up my car yesterday and op-checked it today. Still doesn't work correctly. ALSO, haven't been able to contact the manager who replied to this review. Business ethics are becoming to be questionable. Contacting a lemon law lawyer. UPDATE: October 28th today and the BRAND NEW Carnival I purchased is still in the service department. They said they need a Kia Engineer to figure out the problem. Unbelievable. 👎UPDATE: November 6th. Still no car and no answers. Dealership said they would pay my first car payment for my troubles BUT that was an absolute lie and I ended up paying it myself. I even added the photo here to show how they totally conned me into believing them and scribbled some xx on a document to shut me up. Absolutely unprofessional. UPDATE: December 9, 2025: Still dealing with xx from this dealership and they STILL HAVEN'T MADE THE PAYMENT THAT THEY PROMISED. STILL DEALING WITH A LEMON LAWYER AS WELL.

I had my car towed in for service. I was advised it would take 3-5 days to fix. It has been a week and they have yet to run a diagnostic to tell me what’s wrong. I reached out to the service department and was advised if you don’t want to wait you can have it towed somewhere else. I had my car towed to Kia to receive specialized care for my Kia. As a single mom I would hope they understand what a hardship not having a vehicle for a long length of time would cause. The service department could benefit from customer service training. A little empathy can go a long way. Really disappointing. I’m going to have to incure the additional expense of having my car towed to yet another mechanic. If Ball Kia cares so little about their customers may I suggest they get out of the business of customer service.

Went to turn in a lease vehicle and look for a replacement car. Sales people said their system had been down for a week and could not accommodate us. Suggested we go to Irvine Kia. Why have a dealership? Very unimpressive
