I was searching online for a used Ford Edge but couldn't find the exact model I was looking for until I found the 2024 Ford Edge at Ford of Montebello. I reached out via the site and asked for more info. Julio called and informed me they still had it and we set up an appointment for me to come in. I drove up from San Diego to see the car. When I arrived everyone was extremely friendly and said hi. Julio introduced me to Fabian who was going to go on the test drive with me. Fabian showed me the different features the Edge had and how to use them. There was a great deal on the car and it was brand new. So I told Julio and Fabian I'd take it. The whole process was easy. Julio and I discussed numbers and warranties. I signed the papers with Sandy from Finance who made the process go smoothly. She answered all my questions I had about the papers. This was one of the easiest car purchase I've made. Highly recommend this dealership.

I would like to share my recent experience at the service center on July 21, 2025. I visited Envision Ford of Duarte for a routine 20,000-mile service on my 2024 Ford Maverick. To my surprise, I was quoted $1,400 for the service. Despite waiting 20–30 minutes, I did not receive a clear explanation for the high cost, which led me to seek service elsewhere. I then went to Norm Reeves Ford Superstore Service Center, where I was quoted $390 for the same service. The difference in both pricing and customer experience was significant. I received prompt, courteous, and professional service. I would especially like to commend Eduardo Millian, who provided exceptional care and attention throughout the process. His professionalism made a lasting impression, and I truly felt valued as a customer. Eduardo deserves an A+ rating and 5 stars for his outstanding service.

I live in the Las Vegas area but my 2002 F150 popped a spark plug when I was in Glendale. Star Ford knew I was from out of town and I’m certain that they overcharged me to repair the vehicle as they knew I didn’t live in the area and I had little choice, because getting the truck to another place to fix the issue would have been a logistical nightmare. The cylinder that lost the plug was right up at the front driver side of the engine and was easily accessible. Installing a helix should have taken about an hour, maybe two on the outside if the mechanic working on it was high and liked to take a lot of breaks. But Star Ford claimed that this was a 7 to 8 hour job! They ended up charging me almost $1900 to install a SINGLE HELIX. And then they had the gall to offer to change out the remaining spark plugs for an additional $600?!? What the f--- are they smoking in Star Ford of Glendale?? The service tech Sam Davis was polite and professional, but she seemed to have little sway (or little interest) in ensuring that the service manager didn’t bend me over on the charges. Star Ford is the kind of dealership that makes people not trust the automobile industry. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE FOR SERVICE. There are plenty of smaller mechanic shops in the area that would have done the work for less than $800 (some, a LOT less) and would have had the work done more quickly. I only wish that I had AAA take to one of those places instead. Avoid Star Ford at all costs for service. FOLLOW UP - Manny the service manager for Star Ford got in touch with me regarding my complaint and refunded a substantial amount of my payment. His decision to do that was appreciated by me and I’m thankful that he took the time to make things right. Looks like Star Ford owns up to their mistakes and they do what they can to make the customer happy. Good job, Manny!

Ford owners beware. Colley Ford in Glendora does not put the customer first. Upland Ford does, here is why I say that, even though I reside in Glendora. At Colley Ford in Glendora, I asked for FULL Synthetic 5w30 oil in my 18 Mustang, which is equipped with a 2024 5.0 engine. However, after a 2 hour wait. I got the keys back with the invoice indicating basic synthetic blend 5w20 oil was used instead, without my knowledge or permission. Goes to show you at Colley they do not listen to the customer at all. Good luck to anyone bringing in their vehicle to Colley with specific service request. I can easily picture the service team here laughing when you leave and saying to each other, “Ok buddy, whatever you say”, and ignore all that the customer stated. They will just tell you “Welp Sir, Ford recommends blah blah blah”. Keyword, “recommend”, which is not the same as required. As a test, the next day I took my vehicle to Upland Ford to see if I can successfully get my Full Synthetic 5w30 oil change after all, and to compare the level of customer service regarding a simple oil change. It was a miracle! The service department at Upland Ford gave me what I asked for!! 5w30 Full Synthetic in my car and on the invoice, I couldn’t believe what I was seeing. I thought I was dreaming! Moreover, the service team at Upland Ford easily applied my Ford Protect Maintenance Plan, in which my out of pocket expense for FULL Synthetic 5w30 was $0 out the door, no fuss at all by the Upland Ford Service Team. It’s insane that even with my top tier Ford Protect maintenance plan, the service team at Colley Ford wanted to charge me extra $$$ for FULL Synthetic 5w30, even after I brought the failed oil change issue to the attention of Colley Service Manager Lee Cook, service advisor Kyle and Ernesto who not surprisingly never gave me a call back. Colley Ford also refused to refund or correct the failed oil change. The service manager still tried to ask me for the extra money for the Full synthetic oil, even though my vehicle is equipped with an active maintenance plan that covers Full synthetic, he tried to tell me it is still an extra charge, but Upland Ford proved him wrong.

Our salesman told us we were getting a rebate and we did not get a rebate. He overcharged us for financing. I asked him to call USAA for financing. He said he did and they were high. I called USAA, they also are my insurance company as well as my bank, to put insurance on the car and they offered me financing for lower than the dealer. They also offered me an extended warranty for less than half the price of the dealer. I tried for three days after the sale to talk to someone and no one returned my calls. Very dissatisfied. I would never reccomend this dealer for a purchase!
