Jason Pysher, my service advisor greated me professionally, pleasantly, and introduced himself when I pulled up to the service area for my appointment at 9:00 A.M., Thursday, September 17. He said that it would take up to 11 or 12 noon for my service recall to be completed. But I only had to wait until 10:45 A.m., one hour and 45 minutes to get.back my car. Thank you to all the staffs, the mechanics, and service advisor, Jason Pysher, for a great job at getting my car completed for service recall at not too long of a wait time.

Very nice and professional staff. My father and I were helped by a young man by the name of Andre he was able to go back and forth answering various questions and needs about purchasing a new truck. He was very polite, very knowledgeable about features on the vehicle, and overall a pleasure to purchase a vehicle from. Additionally, Sandra the General Sales Manager was a big help making sure the vehicle we spoke about over the phone was what we wanted and at a reasonable price. Both Andre and Sandra made the whole experience a very pleasant one. We spoke back and forth over a few days but at the end we were able to go home and surprise my Brother with a wonderful new car for his Birthday. The vehicle was washed, full tank of gas, and the dealership and staff were friendly and nice. Purchased Vehicle: 2026 Toyota Tacoma SR5 4x4. If I could leave any other feedback for the dealer it would only be positive; as there was not a single problem with the whole process.

One of your employees at Bob Smith Toyota mocked me by saying something that sounded like "ching chang..." followed by what appeared to be fake Chinese words while laughing. I don't know exactly what he said, and I do not want to falsely accuse anyone of using a specific racial slur. However, it was clearly intended to mock an Asian customer. Fortunately, this incident was captured on video. At this time, I do not wish to pursue legal action, but I strongly urge you to make it clear to your employees that racial remarks or mockery toward customers are unacceptable. This is the second time I have experienced this. Several years ago, I let a similar incident go because I had no evidence. This time, however, I was fortunate enough to have video footage. It is disappointing to experience this while visiting a dealership that sells Japanese vehicles. Whether your employees personally dislike Asians is something I cannot know, but no customer should be subjected to this kind of treatment. I expect Bob Smith Toyota to investigate this matter and ensure that it does not happen again.

I had an excellent run through the entire process from first introduction to Michael C to signing on the dotted line to complete the purchase of my Corolla hybrid. I like to think I have a pretty laid-back approach to life so Michael certainly had to encompass a chunk of my sometimes wacky sense of humor when dealing with me (and particularly my dodgy eyesight without my reading glasses). He walked me through the paperwork excellently so there were no surprises or guess work needed from start to finish. A good amount of patience too particularly with my bank when it became apparent that there was a transaction limit I wasn't aware of that was lower than the deposit I wanted to put down. Bottom line is don't hesitate in visiting this dealership if you're after a new car.
