I have been coming here since 2012 for all services on my C-Max. They have done a very good job with all services. There have been a couple of hiccups on the purchases of my last two sets of tires. All in all it has been spot on for my needs.

I worked with Manny at the dealership to purchase a new truck. We went back and forth on the pricing via phone and text and he ended up beating 4 other dealerships on price for the vehicle I wanted. I had my own bank financing in hand but they were able to beat the rate with Ford financing. The onsite visit took about an hour to sign and inspect everything and I was on the road in my new truck. Everyone I worked with there including Manny in sales, Brian in accessories and Dakota in finance was great to work with. I will definitely be coming back here next time I am in the market for a Ford. Tip: Know what you want and the price you are ready to pay. Shop around and compare prices on that exact vehicle and see if the team here will beat it.

I was skeptical buying a used car at this dealership based on some reviews, however, I must say that my experience was fantastic. My sales rep Felipe was phenomenal from the greeting to the final handshake. He showed me three cars that I liked and took me out to test drive them and was very calm, knowledgeable and helpful throughout the entire process. No pressure tactics. He even came in on his day off so we can finalize the deal on a day that was more convenient for my girlfriend and I. If you're going to buy a car at Ken Garff Ford, Make sure to go see Felipe. You will not be disappointed! I felt I got a good deal on a low mile car and Scott and financing was very pleasant as well.

Horrible customer service with unprofessional car buying experience. I will never visit the dealer again. I do not recommend this dealer to anybody they do not take deposit to hold the vehicle and runs credit to tell me that car is sold or on hold to someone else. Very shady
