I was in last week to visit with someone about selling a car and visited with Mr. Ramos. I had had the car serviced at Interstate Ford the month prior and received a text informing me of the value of the c car and visited with Mr. Ramos. I had had the car serviced at Interstate Ford the month prior and received a text informing me of the value of the car. Mr. Ramos offered me less than half of the value given in the text. His response when I questioned him was that they were in business to make money. I went to another store and received the estimate given in the text I received during the service visit. Being new to the area this hasn't ingratiated me to buy any vehicles at Interstate Ford. More

We did not interact with Steve Thompson, so I'm not sure who he is. Our salesman was Ron Ramos. Our dealings with Ron were honest, friendly and straight forward, which we appreciated very much. Ron did a fantastic job getting me in the truck model/trim I have been looking for, a F150 crew cab, 5.0engine, Lariat trim, 6.5' bed, 36 gall tank. My wife and I are ready to retire and the 640+ model/trim I have been looking for, a F150 crew cab, 5.0engine, Lariat trim, 6.5' bed, 36 gall tank. My wife and I are ready to retire and the 640+ mile range is nice for travels with the comfort of the Lariat trim. He was very knowledgeable of the vehicle and its features and took time to highlight them as we looked at the vehicle. I did my homework prior to arriving and Ron and Ryan had the best reviews. I felt so comfortable when Ron came out to great us and introduced himself. He made us feel comfortable answering all questions, and no pressure. He delivered on every thing he said. As a sales person myself, I feel my sales role has made me a better customer. Ron was truly on point, preparing much of the paperwork prior to handing us of to Mike, the financial team member (who also is outstanding). This made the process seamless with no surprises or pushes for additional purchases. Looking back I should have called the dealership up front and scheduled and appointment with Ron from the beginning. I recommend you do this as well Work with Ron was a top notch experience. We received what we were looking for. We feel received a very fair deal. "Fair, not free" is what sales is all about. They want the customer to return, not the product. Ask for Ron, he is awesome! More
