My wife showed up for a confirmed appointment, no record of it in their system. The Service Advisor then quoted two days of labor for a repair a local garage fixed in under an hour for $90. Two visits, no resolution, and a service department built on incompetence.
I escalated to management. They couldn’t even respect my request to communicate by email.
Ford Rewards points from our Expedition purchase were never credited. That’s also still unresolved.
Three vehicles. Two wasted trips. One ignored formal complaint. Zero accountability.
