Last week I called my primary Service Advisor, Jeremy, about an issue with the balancing of one of my tires. Even though this was not an emergency, Hh quickly worked with his scheduler, Jessica, and got me scheduled for an appointment later in the week, which was excellent; especially in light of the severe rain we were experiencing and projected for the rest of the week. I sincerely appreciated that he let me know up front, that he would not be in the office on the day of my appointment. He said he would coordinate with one of the other Service Advisors, Jason, to ensure everything was arranged, and that Jason would oversee the work to be done. When I arrived at the dealership for my appointment, Jason was waiting for me and ensured that my vehicle was expeditiously attended to. The technician ensured the re-balancing work was correctly done, and confirmed, via a road test drive, that there were no longer any vibration issues with any of my vehicles tires. I truly appreciated the responsiveness, the professionalism, and the customer focus by all of the Service Department members I interacted with.
