He is Very aware of my feelings for Frisco, Plano and McKinney service departments. I reached out to Paul Aceto to find out both him and Chris were now at Forest Lane. Chris was able to accommodate a loaner vehicle for me very quick. Took care of a recall, five new tires and routine maintenance. Was transparent with pricing everything out, answered all my questions and kept me well informed. I am thrilled to be able to utilize an advisor whose judgment I trust and doesn’t talk down or dumb to me because I am female. I will absolutely be returning to Forest Lane in the future.
