We used to have Jakson as a salesman, but I have to say that having him in Finance was such an easy-going and amazing experience! He made the process Super quick and easy for us! We originally were looking at a space gray f150xlt, but were told that it was sold, but it was still on the lot. We did end up with an excellent vehicle, however we were suspicious of the confusion over the other vehicle!

I had an unusual thing happen, the same day I purchased my Ford Maverick, there was a recall so I had to wait a while to get my truck. Jerry kept me informed though- out the wait and found a way to save me even more money before the truck was delivered to me. This is the third vehicle I have purchased from Cleburne Ford and it’s because they have great service!

The experience from introductions to signing was excellent. This team is friendly, down to earth and helpful. I found the truck on line, made contact with the dealership, worked out a price, worked out financing and eventually bought plane ticket and flew to Texas. The dealership had arranged for Bill to pick me up and drive me to the dealership. The trip was a pleasure, Bill was great company and a good driver. My salesman Josh was there to greet me, show me the vehicle and do a test drive and help me through paperwork. James the used vehicle manager helped us complete the transaction, and Randall the finance manager helped me with the necessary documents before arrival and after departure. I drove the pick up home. Bill even helped me plan the best route out of town to get home, and escorted me for the first few miles. These are good people.
